1. Guarantee of Quality
1-1. This product has been produced through thorough quality control and processing, so please check the product characteristics and handling precautions before using it.
1-2. Products that are careless in handling consumers or that have passed the warranty period will not be liable for damage compensation.
The warranty period for this product is 6 months from the date of purchase.
1-3. This product can be used over 14 years of age.
1-4. This warranty certificate must be enclosed or accompanied when making a request for compensation for consumer damage and after-sales service, so please keep it.
2. Consumer damage compensation regulations
2-1. Returns or exchanges due to product defects can be made in case of not wearing and exchanges/returns are possible within 7 days of purchase.
Please check the condition of the product before using it. Products with damage to the product and package or traces of use cannot be exchanged or returned, and returns due to a simple change of mind are possible within 7 days of purchase.
2-2. Fine scratches or bubbles caused by the nature of the hand-finishing product are not cause for exchange or return.
2-3. We are not responsible for allergic reactions based on personal characteristics and articles.
2-4. The discolored silver material can be cleaned free of charge, not limited to the warranty period. However, the round trip shipping fee is borne by the customer.
3.AS Guide
3-1. AS cases that occur within the warranty period will be free of charge, and round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
3-2. AS cases after the warranty period will be paid and the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
3-3. The AS period takes about 2 weeks and 4 weeks and may be delayed in some cases.
3-4. For plating products only, we provide re-plating service. (Curses a predetermined cost)
#Exchange/Return/Repair Service Guide
Exchange - This product has not been used within 7 days of receipt and can be exchanged once for the same product only.
Return - Returns by a simple change of heart (only for outstanding items) can be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
AS - Free repair services may be available for less than 6 months of purchase, and material costs may be charged in case of inadvertent loss of material for less than 6 months of purchase.
Policing services may be charged depending on the purchase period.
In the case of exchange, return, repair and policing that is not a reason for product defect, you will be charged a round trip shipping fee. Exchange or return may be restricted if the value of the product has been significantly reduced due to loss of components or damage to the product.
Exchange and return are restricted for custom-made products other than ready-made sizes and products with specially requested imprints.

4. Precautions for Handling
